At SurveySparrow, we take into account the leading global accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
We are open to ensure that our products are accessible.
We understand that there is a need to ensure that the functionality is readily available to all users.
We further empower our customers to enjoy our products and make informed choices about SurveySparrow products that best serve them.

The terms Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) are used interchangeably.
SurveySparrow utilizes Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).
VPAT is used to document a product’s conformance with the accessibility standards as under the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V.2.0.
VPAT helps in making preliminary assessments regarding the availability of commercial “Electronic and Information Technology” products and services with features that support accessibility.

Web Content Accessibility Initiative (WAI) helps Web designers and developers create sites that better meet the needs of people with disabilities or age-related limitations. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) advances accessibility across the full range of web content (text, images, audio, and video), web applications, and software.
SurveySparrow has adopted the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) v2.0 and implements the guidelines to the extent possible in our web, software, and non-web documentation products. SurveySparrow is able to provide a WCAG 2.0 conformance report on request.

Adhering to WCAG standards is generally seen as the most acceptable route for achieving substantial digital conformance, yet even this has its limits. A 100% accessible site is like a fully bug-free site. If you aim for substantial conformance you can be reasonably certain that most people using various assistive technologies will be able to access it with relative ease. The key is defining the threshold at which a site or app is “suitably accessible.” SurveySparrow is well-positioned for accessibility success.
