Overview
The California Consumer Privacy Act(CCPA) allows consumers to exercise greater control over how businesses collect, process and disclose their personal data. This privacy law specifically applies to organizations doing business in California that collect consumers’ personal information.
SurveySparrow Inc.’s CCPA Commitment
SurveySparrow Inc. gives the highest priority to the data privacy of its customers. In compliance with the CCPA, effective from January 1, 2020, SurveySparrow Inc. hereby confirms upon the data privacy and control given to all of our customers over how we collect, use and disclose their personal information.
CPRA (CCPA 2.0) is an update to the CCPA that went into effect on January 1, 2023. It strengthens the rights granted to consumers under the CCPA and also increases privacy protection for California residents. It also expands the scope of law to cover additional types of personal information such as sensitive personal information. SurveySparrow is compliant with the obligations imposed by CPRA around the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and SurveySparrow has appropriate contracts in place to limit the retention, use and disclosure of personal information for any purposes other than as mentioned or specified in the contract. Additionally, SurveySparrow also implements reasonable security measures to protect such personal information.
We have updated our Privacy Policy, DPA & Terms of Service documentation that elucidates our approach towards CCPA. We acknowledge that the CCPA will help us enable stronger protection of data and provide our customers more control over their data.

Personal Privacy of customers’ data is of utmost importance at SurveySparrow Inc. Our customers reserve the right to access, modify, delete, transfer and restrict/prevent processing and selling of their personal information.
